JobKitGenius sells digital downloads (such as resume and cover letter templates and related resources). After a successful purchase, you will be provided access to download your files through the Site and/or via email. You are responsible for ensuring you can access and use the files (for example, using Microsoft Word or Google Docs).
2) License and Permitted Use
When you purchase a Product, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use. You may edit the files for your own job applications.
You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, or publicly post the files or any portion of them
- Offer the files as part of another product or service
- Remove copyright or ownership notices (if present)
- Use the files to create competing template products for sale
3) Accounts
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it if it changes.
4) Pricing and Payments
Prices are shown on the Site and may change at any time. Taxes may apply depending on your location and applicable law. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers (such as Stripe). We do not store full payment card details on our servers.
5) Refunds (Digital Products)
Because Products are delivered instantly as digital downloads, all sales are generally final. If you experience a technical issue accessing your purchase, contact us and we will help resolve it. 6) No Guarantees
JobKitGenius provides templates and informational resources to help you present your experience more clearly and professionally. We do not guarantee interviews, job offers, salary outcomes, or any other employment results. Outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including your background, the job market, and how you use the materials.

You agree not to misuse the Site or attempt to interfere with its operation. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Attempting unauthorized access to Site systems or user accounts
