JobKitGenius sells digital products delivered instantly via download. Because digital files can be accessed immediately after purchase, refunds are generally not offered. This policy explains what we can do if something goes wrong and when we may grant an exception.
1) All Sales Are Generally Final
Due to the nature of digital downloads and instant delivery, all sales are generally final once the download link is provided or access is granted.
2) If You Can’t Access Your Download
If you experience a technical problem accessing your files (for example, a broken link, download error, or missing access in your account), contact us and we will help resolve the issue. Typical fixes include:
- Re-sending your download link
- Restoring access to your downloads in your account
- Providing an alternate download method when necessary
3) Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, contact us. We will verify the duplicate purchase(s) and provide a refund or store credit for the duplicate order, at our discretion.
4) Exceptions (Case-by-Case)
We evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis when there is a clear issue with delivery or access that we cannot resolve, or when there is a demonstrable problem with the file that prevents use as described.
5) What Is Not Eligible for a Refund
Refunds are typically not provided for:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Not using the product after purchase
- Software compatibility issues on your device (for example, issues related to your version of Word or Google Docs settings)
- Differences in personal preference regarding design, style, or content
- Results-related expectations (we do not guarantee interviews, job offers, or outcomes)
